Senior Labor & Employment Counsel (Trenton)

Constellation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel Labor & Employment to support business units across the company in all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, wage and hour, dispute resolution, agency charges, and litigation, directly or with outside counsel and proactively manage and mitigate labor and employment law compliance and litigation risks across the company.

Attorneys in this position work independently and have major matter, team or client responsibilities.
