Cardiologist Position at UHS Heart and Vascular Institute
The United Health Services Hospitals Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a general Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology team. The Heart & Vascular Institute has 12 cardiologists including 4 interventionalists, 3 electrophysiologists and 5 non-interventionalists, and 11 cardiology NPs. We also have 2 cardiothoracic surgeons, 3 surgical PAs, and 2 CVICU NPs in our surgical program. You will work beside highly trained professionals with a strong dedication to excellent quality cardiac care.
UHS Heart & Vascular also offers teaching opportunities within our Cardiology Fellowship (8 fellows total), as well as teaching residents and medical students with Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, and the ability to participate in clinical research. United Health Services Medical Group is a progressive multi-specialty group with a large primary care base, consisting of over 400 healthcare providers in 30+ medical and surgical specialties in multiple locations. The group is affiliated with United Health Services Hospitals, the regional leader in healthcare. There is a strong market presence in the region as the only interventional and surgical program in the region and an excellent referral base.
All candidates must be BC/BE in Cardiology or must obtain these Board Certification within two (2) years of hire. 1:5 call.
Annual Salary Range $700,000 - $800,000
