Seasonal Sales Associate

Overview Get some, give back! We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic‑minded, pop‑culture driven brand. As a BoxLunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service and ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. Pay range starting at $10/hr – $11/hr. Actual pay may vary based on an individual’s education, location, experience, training, and performance. Responsibilities Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return, using product knowledge and customer experience skills. Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards. Work the register, process sales transactions, and drive add‑on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Prevent misuse of store assets and ensure compliance with store policies. Maintain a clean and organized stock room and store environment. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to achieve goals. Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications Previous experience working in a retail environment. Superpowers in providing customer service and selling. Must be at least 16 years of age. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle boxes of up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
