Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a thriving private Gastroenterology practice in West Georgia with the recruitment of a Gastroenterologist. As the only GI group serving an eight-county region, this established single-specialty practice offers a high-volume opportunity with exceptional earning potential, partnership, and endoscopy center ownership.

• Join a collaborative team of 4 board-certified Gastroenterologists and 7 full-time Advanced Practice Providers
• Established, high-volume private practice with a strong referral network
• Exclusive GI group serving an eight-county region
• Consultative services provided at two regional medical centers
• Epic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settings
• ERCP and EUS welcome but not required
• Partnership opportunity after two years
• Ownership opportunity in a joint-venture endoscopy center

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year base salary guarantee of $550,000
• Generous production bonus with physicians earning above the 95th percentile of MGMA benchmarks
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $50,000 start-date incentive
• Up to $14,000 in relocation assistance
