Regional Manager/ Hands on Construction in the field

Position Overview:

The Regional Manager will be executing operational excellence across all projects in the assigned region. This hands-on leadership role focuses on field coordination, scheduling, logistics, technology support, and administrative follow-through. The Regional Manager will concentrate on strategy, leadership development, and builder relations. The RM plays a vital role in ensuring job readiness, accuracy, and daily execution are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Field & Production Coordination

• Support daily jobsite readiness by collaborating with Account Managers and Field Managers.
• Assist in resolving on-site production issues, escalating concerns when needed.
• Help coordinate manpower and equipment allocation across projects.

Scheduling & Resource Oversight

• Maintain crew schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage and timely updates.
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate equipment, vehicle maintenance, and material availability.
• Track and resolve delivery or shipment discrepancies by working closely with purchasing and warehouse teams.

Technology & Systems Support

• Train team members on mobile device and software usage
• Act as first-line support for mobile system troubleshooting to avoid field delays.
• Audit field-submitted data for accuracy and ensure consistent digital documentation practices.

Safety, Quality & Compliance Assistance

• Conduct regular jobsite audits focused on safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Monitor installer adherence to standards and builder expectations.
• The Regional Manager will roll out safety initiatives and corrective actions.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Prepare weekly reports including scheduling updates, jobsite summaries, and labor-to-production insights.
• Calendar management, meeting prep, and coordination across regional teams.
• Maintain logs of accuracy, mobile system compliance, and other performance metrics.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Partners closely with Account Managers , Warehouse Manager , and Install Teams
• Interfaces with Purchasing , HR , and Executive Leadership as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in construction, operations, or project coordination (installation experience a plus)
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to juggle shifting priorities
• Proficient in mobile field technology and reporting systems
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on follow-through and accountability

• On-time scheduling updates and crew coordination
• Reduction in jobsite errors due to system or data issues
• Safety compliance audit completion rate
• Service Order accuracy and completion turnaround time
• Team satisfaction and builder feedback on job readiness

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
