We are committed to empowering small businesses by delivering the financial expertise they need to thrive. This position will be a remote/in-person hybrid. Office time will be 2-3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: As a Staff Accountant in our firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and success of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass: * Conducting thorough monthly transaction categorization. * Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records. * Reviewing and maintaining the Chart of Accounts. * Performing monthly state tax filings. * Managing payroll processes. * Handling all aspects of accounting for your client base. * Reconciling books on a monthly basis Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.
