They must have a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals (students) and for inspiring and coaching Future Professionals (students) in all manicuring systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork.The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PMSkills/Competencies Required:Current cosmetology or nail and instructor licenseExcellent organization, coaching, and communication skillsSkills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investmentSolid work history with verifiable referencesPassion for the beauty industryExperience with Tammy Taylor lineHonesty and professionalismKnowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferredPaul Mitchell The School - Houston is an equal opportunity employer.
