Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator

Full-Time | Frisco, Texas

This role is in‐office in Frisco, TX

Salary is dependent on experience and will be reviewed on a yearly basis.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with professionalism, kindness, and confidence
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments using our electronic medical record
• Verify insurance and assist with patient registration
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Communicate with providers, pharmacies, therapists, and referring offices
• Help create a calm, organized, and welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a medical office preferred
• Comfortable learning and using electronic medical records
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Ideal candidates live within 10–15 minutes of Frisco .
