Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health needs. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while collaborating with families and other professionals. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and functional analyses to determine individual needs and goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles. Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to clients. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience in applied behavior analysis and working with behavioral health populations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
