Help Desk Technician I

Salary: $40,000 - 42,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional technical support experience
• Strong familiarity with Apple MacBook, iPad/iPhone, and Apple TV
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networking
• Proficiency in troubleshooting audio/visual devices
• Experience in imaging Windows computers
• Excellent organizational skills and personable demeanor with effective communication abilities
• A+, Network+, and other relevant industry certifications are advantageous
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening

• Provide technical support for school district staff and students
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Manage imaging and setup of Windows computers
• Conduct basic network support for wired and wireless systems
• Resolve audio/visual equipment challenges
• Maintain thorough records of support requests and resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency
