As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Responsibilities: Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Assist customers with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: State insurance license for life and health insurance. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proficiency with insurance agency software. Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Are You Driven & Ambitious? About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Seaside, CA. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 7 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
