Project Manager - Land Development

We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Project Manager to our growing Land Development team at PACE Engineers, a Verdantas Company. The role is located in Kirkland, WA, and is full‑time, exempt professional. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget, exceeding client expectations. Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and foster authentic, long‑lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities. Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. PE license. 10+ years of engineering experience. 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects. Ability to manage projects independently. Excellent client service.
