Urgently Hiring Client Services Representative (CSR) Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role provides exceptional front-desk and client support for our Emergency and Specialty teams. This role serves as a key communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital departments while helping ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Once your shift begins, you will step into a fast-paced, team-centered hospital environment where your role truly matters. A typical day may include welcoming clients and patients, answering phones, coordinating appointments, managing check-ins and check-outs, helping with financial discussions, handling documentation, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between clients and medical teams. Throughout the day, you will help bring calm, clarity, and compassion to clients who may be stressed, worried, or navigating complex medical information.
