Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant with a strong background in retail and POS systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle ERP and XStore. This role is client-facing and involves working on new projects or adding additional functionality to existing systems.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant with a strong background in retail and POS systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle ERP and XStore. This role is client-facing and involves working on new projects or adding additional functionality to existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of software solutions for clients, focusing on Oracle ERP and XStore.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide consulting services to enhance their operations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Candidates with extensive Oracle Retail or heavy retail POS experience.
- Proven experience in software implementation, particularly with Oracle ERP and XStore (highly preferred).
- Strong background in retail and POS systems.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in a consulting role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with consulting companies or Oracle consulting teams is a plus.
- Hybrid work environment (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
