Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly Pay: $18

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Inbound Auditor for an immediate full-time opportunity with a leading logistics and distribution warehouse in Coppell, TX.

This position is responsible for auditing inbound freight, performing inventory counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. Candidates must have previous auditing experience and be comfortable spending the majority of the shift counting inventory, documenting discrepancies, and working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties:

• Audit inbound freight for accuracy upon arrival
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts throughout the warehouse
• Travel to designated warehouse locations to verify inventory quantities
• Compare physical inventory to inventory records and report discrepancies
• Accurately document inventory findings and complete audit reports
• Ensure inbound shipments are received accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Perform additional warehouse and auditing duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous auditing or inventory control experience is required
• Experience auditing freight in a warehouse environment is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable performing repetitive inventory counts throughout the entire shift
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance
• Must be able to walk and stand for the entire shift
• Must follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be ready to work and able to start immediately

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This position requires continuous movement throughout the warehouse.

Applicants must be able to:

• Walk throughout the warehouse for the majority of the shift
• Perform repetitive counting and inventory verification
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed to access inventory
• Lift up to 30 pounds when necessary
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive auditing tasks
• Work overtime as business demands required
