Responsibilities This role assists the project manager in delivering turf construction projects on time and on budget. Key duties include: Create customer submittals Issue notice of award to vendors and subcontractors Manage and report on project schedule changes Coordinate material deliveries and prepare site for crews Provide general support to Project Managers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. Candidates should demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a team environment Organized, structured, and disciplined work habits Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in MS Office 365 Experience with NetSuite, Procore, or similar project accounting systems Education Requirements Bachelor’s or higher in Construction Management Services or a related field.
