Senior Project Manager

We're hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a large, diverse team on a long-term, high-impact transportation project, offering unmatched stability and the opportunity to shape one of Washington's most critical transportation hubs.

What You'll Do?

Responsibilities:

· Lead all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion

· Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

· Manage contract scope, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies

· Drive project schedule, manpower planning, and resource allocation

· Build and lead high-performing project teams across operations, field, and support departments

· Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company policies

· Lead project closeout, including documentation, reporting, and lessons learned

Day to Day Work:

· Collaborate with field leadership, estimators, and purchasing on project execution

· Conduct project meetings (internal and external) to track progress and resolve issues

· Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with scope

· Monitor productivity, schedule milestones, and financial health of projects

· Coordinate with airport/transportation authorities and adhere to site-specific requirements

· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes

· Prepare and present project reports to leadership and clients
