How You'll Make an Impact in This Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join a collaborative, well-supported Internal Medicine practice with 1 other Physician, 2 APPs, and strong nursing support.

Care for a diverse adult patient population (18+) within a campus-based clinic at Mercy Hospital, offering seamless access to a wide range of specialties and strong referral support.

Call structure with other sites: 1:11.

Practice setting: Outpatient clinic with an average of 16 patients per day, supporting quality, patient-centered care.

Employed position within a nonprofit health system.

Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and consultation, with opportunities to manage referrals and hospital-based responsibilities as needed.

Engage in quality improvement, cost-effective care initiatives, and academic activities as desired, while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
