to optimize provider productivity, panel management, scheduling templates, and access strategies.Support physician engagement, provider satisfaction, and workforce retention efforts.Facilitate execution of annual operating plans and budgets.Manage financial performance across assigned practices, including revenue, expenses, productivity, and operating margin.Monitor key financial indicators ambulatory transformation strategies.Evaluate emerging healthcare trends and recommend innovative approaches to care delivery.Data Analytics & Performance ImprovementUtilize operational, clinical, financial, and patient experience data to drive decision-making.Develop performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leaders and providers.Monitor KPIs and establish action plans to address performance gaps.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies.Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.Success MeasuresWithin the first 12–24 success.Additional Job Description:EducationRequiredBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.PreferredMaster's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health, or related discipline.ExperienceRequired7–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.Minimum of 5 years leading ambulatory, physician practice, medical group, or outpatient operations.Demonstrated experience managing multiple practices, service lines, or operational departments.Experience leading operational, financial, workforce, and patient experience improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of ambulatory operations, practice management, access management, and provider
