HighSchooldiplomaorGeneralEducationDegree(GED).

One (1) year of facilitiesmaintenance/janitorial/engineeringexperiencepreferred

Abilitytoreadandcomprehendblueprints,drawings,schematics,specifications,codesandhandbookspreferred

Abilitytousevarioustestingdevicesrelatedtothemechanicaltradespreferred

Stronginterpersonalskillsandtheabilitytofunctionasateammemberinademandingserviceenvironment.

Abilitytohandlemultipleprojects.

Someknowledgeofcomputerspreferred.

Musthavetheabilitytocompleterequiredsafetyclassesthatpertaintospecificjobduties.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in both office and industrial outdoor environments.

Ability to walk construction sites and facility grounds for extended periods.

Capability to lift, carry, and move materials consistent with job requirements.
