As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security‑related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri04:00 PM - 01:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or property damage. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
