This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the evolving energy production landscape.RRC CORE VALUESMust understand and personify RRC’s core values:Client Satisfaction – understands the goal of always exceeding our client’s expectationsEmployee Happiness – able to work well with others, communicate clearly with coworkers, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts between team membersQuality Work - able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbove and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist othersESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLeads a project team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.Understands and follows project contractsCreates and updates project schedules in MS project or other scheduling softwareIdentifies and manages budget and scope creepIdentifies the need for and creates process procedures, standards and templates when neededAct as the primary contact for the client project team and is in frequent communicationSets up and manages internal and external kick-off, and interval meetingsEnsures adequate communication across disciplinesOutlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordinglyConducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the projectPrepares and implements a budget based on estimatesConducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the projectActs as a liaison between company, customers, and vendorsCommunicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systemsEnsures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practicesPerforms other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Construction or Project Management, requiredA minimum of 5 years leading project teams in multi-discipline engineering or construction of renewable energy power generation and delivery systemsPMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesA clear understanding of contract languageStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to create processes and identify the need for process improvementsThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developedProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Teams or related softwareBENEFITSRRC is committed to investing in talented employees because we recognize that healthy, happy employees provide the best path to sustaining a successful business.
