About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Business Loan Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both existing and potential lending customers. This includes assisting with the completion of loan applications, engaging in consultative conversations to understand financial needs, and structuring appropriate lending solutions. The role also involves keeping customers informed throughout the application process, cross-selling relevant company products and services, and maintaining strong client relationships. The VP, Business Loan Specialist will work closely with the lending division to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for customers. Applicants for the VP, Business Loan Specialist position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 1-4 years of customer service experience. The role requires intermediate computer and phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work with multiple applications concurrently and meet deadlines. Sales or lending experience is a plus, as is familiarity with financial reports. The candidate should be self-motivated, have a great teamwork attitude, and be able to quickly learn about the company's products and services.
