As a Relationship Manager I – Business Banker within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in the Cincinnati market. Job Profile PNC Business Bankers provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $2 million to $10 million. As a trusted advisor you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects and manage the ongoing sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers. PNC’s targeted small business segments include Retail, Agricultural, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Wholesale and Women in Business. You will develop and cultivate Center of Influence relationships to meet and exceed sales goals, working with internal services partners to onboard and expand the business portfolio. Job Description Handles relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales and market share. Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, overseeing origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit products. Manages risk/return and ensures quality for new and existing clients, proactively mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being, increasing engagement and loyalty. Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, presenting the full range of PNC products and services and using sales tools to convert opportunities. Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Work Experience: University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Certifications/Licenses: None required. Pay and Benefits Base Salary: $75,000 – $125,000. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
