Do you engineer repeatable precision? Can you turn complex drawings into reliable forming processes and guide a team to execute with safety and speed? Join us in Templeton, MA to lead setup and operation of our press brake cell.
Your impact- Own setup and performance of Amada press brakes to deliver quality parts on time.
- Configure, calibrate, and operate press brake equipment for daily production.
- Build and maintain SOPs that standardize brake forming across shifts.
- Partner closely with engineering and production to meet specifications and print requirements.
- Coach operators on best practices, quality checks, and safe work habits.
- Track run data, resolve forming issues quickly, and sustain flow.
- Document production metrics and machine maintenance with accuracy.
- Champion compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced manufacturing/machining coursework preferred.
- At least 5 years in press brake operations within a fast-paced fabrication shop.
- Expertise with press brake tooling, programming basics, and setup optimization.
- Strong leadership presence and clear communication.
- Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Sharp troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
