Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing post-acute care team serving patients in Bamberg, South Carolina .

This role provides primary care services within skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities.
