Job Summary:
The Client is seeking an experienced Virtualization Engineer to support and manage enterprise-level VMware infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VMware technologies including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), and VMware Aria Suite. This role requires hands-on experience in virtualization architecture, lifecycle management, automation, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere clusters and ESXi hosts.
Manage VMware vCenter Server operations, templates, host profiles, and distributed configurations.
Implement and support VMware vSAN solutions including storage optimization and troubleshooting.
Administer VMware NSX-T networking and security environments.
Support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) infrastructure and lifecycle management.
Perform patching, upgrades, and compliance management using VMware Lifecycle Manager (vLCM).
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and PowerCLI.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, networking, and security teams.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Participate in on-call support and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in VMware vSAN, NSX-T, VCF, or VMware Aria Suite.
Proficiency with PowerShell and PowerCLI automation.
Deep understanding of enterprise compute, storage, and networking concepts.
Experience with capacity planning, lifecycle management, and performance tuning.
Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
