Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

Assistant Shop Manager Duties:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Handle cash and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.

Requirements:

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: This is a travelling position. The Assistant Shop Manager must be willing and able to travel between company shop locations as needed to support store operations, staffing, training, and management.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to work Sundays.
