Sales Rep, Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) - Green Bay, WI

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative for its Peripheral Nervous System division in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role involves developing and executing territory sales strategies, building physician relationships, and promoting the SPRINT® PNS System for chronic pain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory plans to achieve assigned sales objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Present SPRINT® PNS system at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and clinical meetings
• Track customer interactions and activity using computer-based management systems
• Coordinate hospital product approval processes and identify new target accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent plus 6+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
• Or Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Or Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Knowledge of reimbursement landscape and managed care
• Established relationships with physicians in neurology, physiatry, or related specialties
• Strong territory planning, business analysis, and consultative sales skills
• Familiarity with operating room environment and implantable device market
