Coordinator | Customer Service & Administrative Support

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person in a busy office? We're looking for a Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting scheduling, customer service, and administrative operations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build valuable skills in customer relations, data management, order processing, and office administration while working in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Every day brings variety as you interact with clients, coordinate schedules, manage orders, and help keep operations running smoothly. Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (fully in office, no availability for hybrid/remote work). $23/hr

What You'll Do

• Create positive first impressions by welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Serve as a key point of contact by handling incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate calendars and records.
• Process data entry and order entry requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support order processing and communication between customers and internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel, to maintain records, update information, and track important details.
• Keep client, scheduling, and order information organized and up to date.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of customer service, administrative, receptionist, or call center experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including navigating spreadsheets and locating information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, call center, or front desk environments.
• Order processing or inside sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative office setting.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
