Job Details Location: West Des Moines Office, West Des Moines, IA 50266 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community. At Iowa Home Care, care is best delivered where people feel most comfortable — at home. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide in‑home therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve strength, mobility, safety, and independence. You will work closely with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Home health or community-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
