Job TitleModern Display is a really fun place to work. Our retail store is known for our home décor, seasonal décor, holiday décor, and especially our Christmas décor. We are looking for someone with sales experience to help in our retail store and also have some creativity and design skills.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and identify customer needsCustomer ServiceExplain products and services to customersMonitor inventory to ensure product is in stockEnter and process customer ordersKeep showroom stocked and looking goodWork with our lead designer to help with overall look and feel of the showroomHelp customers find what they are looking for, help with looks and ideas when neededQualificationsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills and knowledge of excel, word, publisher... do not need to be an expertEnjoy talking to and helping peopleAble to be on your feet for extended periods of timeCreativeDependablePunctualHandle stress wellSelf-Starter
