National law firm has a Sr Paralegal Position in Naples, Florida. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. Overview They are looking for someone who can prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust and/or estate accountings and funding calculations. Responsibilities Prepare probate pleadings Prepare federal estate tax returns Prepare trust and/or estate accountings and funding calculations Qualifications Prefer a college degree and/or paralegal certificate At least 2 years' experience in all phases of the administration of Trusts & Estates (will consider someone with closely related experience) Superior communication and mathematical skills Knowledge of related software a plus Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, work independently, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills Paralegal Certificate and/or college degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
