Salary: $24.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Weekend Schedule - Hours will vary based on production needs

Position Overview:

• Join a large, established lumber manufacturer producing wood fencing products and operating high-volume sawmills across the Pacific Northwest
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment where maintaining equipment reliability is critical to continuous production
• Direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability and career growth in a skilled trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sawmill equipment including conveyors, motors, belts, and mechanical systems to keep operations running
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
• Read blueprints and schematics, install and align equipment, and assist with fabrication or system upgrades as needed
