Dimensional Inspection & Metrology Technician Is this you?

- Location: Shreveport, LA
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Day or night shift
- Pay: Starting at $20/hour

- Verify raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished product against specifications and work orders.
- Perform visual checks and precision measurements to catch defects, inconsistencies, or dimensional issues.
- Compare results to drawings and quality requirements; escalate deviations quickly.
- Record all measurements and findings with accuracy in required quality documentation.
- Partner with production to investigate issues and identify potential root causes.
- Confirm labels, packaging, and completion status meet specification prior to release.
- Uphold quality, safety, and production procedures; maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or production is required.
- Flexibility to work either day or night shift.
- Blueprint/technical drawing literacy and comfort with specifications and work instructions.
- Proficiency with measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical problem-solving.
- Consistent, accurate documentation practices and a safety-first mindset.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
