Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for patients, including assessment, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about their treatment plans, recovery goals, and self-care strategies
• Accurately document patient care and treatment in electronic health records (EHR)
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions
• Maintain a compassionate approach in delivering care, supporting patients through their recovery and medical journeys

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
