Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Maryland Special Education Teacher Certification required
• Background in high school resource room environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals

• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Engage regularly with families to celebrate growth, address concerns, and ensure consistent support for students
