We have strong roots in the area and offer a range of services including pre-construction, construction, post occupancy and value engineering for commercial, financial, industrial, retail, and other markets. Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects. Proficient in project management, contract negotiation, budgeting, contract management, team leadership, time management, and customer service. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to success. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts effectively. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and conflicts effectively. Proficient in safety regulations and standards within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
