Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We’re seeking a passionate and patient-centered Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, collaborative team at Quincy Medical Group. Specialized Pediatric Focus You'll assess, treat, and manage the physical, sensory, development, and social/emotional needs of infants, children, and adolescents—helping to improve their strength, coordination, sensory processing, visual processing, and overall function. Collaborative, Team-Based Approach You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, a clinical psychologist, and other healthcare professionals. Flexible Scheduling with After-School Appointment Requirements A negotiable full-time schedule, designed to fit your needs. A core requirement of at least 360 minutes of appointment times after 3:30pm during peak after-school hours. Flexibility in choosing which days those appointments fall on—allowing you to build a personalized schedule around those core hours. Growth & Support Mentorship Program for new graduates and professional development for experienced clinicians. Sub-specialization opportunities in areas of pediatric interest. In-house physician referrals—no need to market yourself. Continuing Education Support: Generous CE allowance, annual on-site course, and full reimbursement for license/certification renewals. What We’re Looking For Degree: OT or OTD from an accredited occupational therapy program License: Current Illinois OT license or eligibility Experience: Open to new grads and experienced pediatric therapists Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities Schedule: Minimum of 360 minutes of weekly after-school appointments (after 3:30 PM).
