Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Denver Metro Area Address: Denver, CO, USA Compensation: $79,000.00/year Job Description Join us as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow at Soar Autism Center! Soar is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics providing services for children with autism and their families. We focus on early intervention, comprehensive support, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each child and family. Our model offers integrated autism care specifically designed for young children. What You'll Do: Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, planning and implementing naturalistic speech therapy for children aged 1-5 in a center-based setting. Gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of experienced SLPs. Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans with other specialists (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists). Create communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and execute effective programs, including co-treatments with occupational therapists. Monitor and update client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and communicate with families and team members. Partner with families to set goals, build relationships, and support their journey. Qualifications Desire to contribute to advancing autism therapy standards. Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. License to practice speech pathology, with a provisional Colorado license required by start date.
