The Warehouse Forklift Operator role plays a vital part of the Distribution and Logistics organization as we transform our supply chain to support the rapid growth of the company. The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, and transfer materials within the warehouse or production facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Salary Pay Range: $21-$23/hourly 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
• Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs
• Utilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracy
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and productivity
• Manage compliance to the processes outlined in the standard operating procedures at the site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Role model behaviors aligned to a values based, customer-centric, high performing culture with an emphasis on embracing our competencies and delivering with subject matter expertise
• Assist with loading and unloading product in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
