Application Engineer

Overview

What You 6ll Do:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and commercial teams to develop smart, cost-effective solutions.
• Support project development by ensuring designs are accurate and aligned with timelines and pricing.
• Provide technical input on layouts, schematics, and system optimization to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Lead the proposal process for RFPs, including drawings, technical specs, pricing, and timelines.
• Craft clear, customized proposal content tailored to each project.
• Integrate incentives and rebate opportunities (SRECs, tax credits, SGIP, etc.) into proposals.
• Anticipate and resolve technical or scheduling concerns before they become roadblocks.
• Lead meetings with internal teams and subcontractors to align on project complexity and goals.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
