Transactional Attorney

Brown & Fortunato, P.C. has a position for an attorney with 1 to 3 years of transactional experience to join the firm’s corporate practice. The firm’s practice consists of mergers and acquisitions, business planning and corporate governance, real estate, and finance and lending. Strong academic credentials and advanced drafting skills are required. This position also values teamwork, outstanding communication, and writing skills. Applicants will be expected to have frequent client contact and will need mature, confident client relation skills. Prior law firm experience and admission to practice in Texas are required.
