BSA-AML Compliance Leader & Regulatory Risk Steward

The BSA Compliance Officer at TDECU will lead the enterprise BSA-AML-OFAC program, guiding strategy, policy development, and risk-based monitoring across the credit union. You will report to the VP of Fraud Operations and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to strengthen second-line risk oversight. Ideal candidates bring at least 7 years of progressive BSA compliance leadership, CAMS certification, and demonstrated experience in regulated financial services. #J-18808-Ljbffr TDECU
