Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Employment Type Contract/Temporary with strong potential for permanent hire What You'll Bring 5+ years of litigation legal secretary or legal assistant experience, preferably in a defense litigation practice Strong working knowledge of Oregon and Washington state and federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing requirements Experience supporting matters in King County, Washington and/or cases involving provisional process strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage a high‑volume workload Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with Milana docketing software is a plus Strong written communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal staff Why Consider This Opportunity?
