Security Site Supervisor

Location: Miami, FL (ZIP Code 33138) SMI Security is looking for an experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our operations team for an immediate start . We are seeking a motivated leader with proven experience supervising security operations in residential communities or condominiums. Key Qualifications: Experience in the security industry. Previous supervision of teams of 10 or more security officers . Experience working in condominiums or residential communities is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Professional appearance and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Include: Coordinating security officers' schedules. Communicating directly with property management and company leadership. Supervising daily security operations. Ensuring compliance with post orders, rules, regulations, and company procedures. Covering Rover and Gatehouse positions when operationally required. Monitoring contractors, vendors, visitors, and resident access. Managing parking enforcement and property patrols. Completing incident reports, shift activity reports, and operational documentation. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability across the team. Schedule: Assigned weekly schedule. Must be available On-Call 24/7 to support operational needs. Requirements: Background check required.
