Warehouse Order Picker

Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler / Order Picker for a warehouse in Green Springs, Ohio.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable first shift position with a company that offers long-term potential and the opportunity for permanent hire. Pay:

• $17/hour
• Increases to $18/hr at hire in

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Some overtime may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pull materials and parts for production orders
• Accurately verify quantities and order information
• Deliver materials to designated departments
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Operate a forklift if trained (forklift experience is not required)

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and work history
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or material handling experience is preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
