PacSun - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location.; Deliver engaging, positive, and authentic customer experiences and resolve customer issues in compliance with policy.; Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom and promote a safe working and shopping environment.; Drive efficiency in all operational store processes and ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures.; Provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards; supervise floor operations as needed.
