Preferred Skills Expertise in C# for real‑time, asynchronous, and performance‑sensitive coding. Strong object‑oriented programming and design patterns. Understanding of distributed computing, memory profiling, and debugging. Exposure to Python, Agile methodologies, and performance testing. Experience with trading algorithms, strategies, and exchange connectivity is a plus.
