Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our expanding team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive, autonomous environment within a hospital system that is deeply invested in growing its Women's & Children's services.

Comprehensive Clinical Exposure

• 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
• 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 15)
• ~3,500 annual deliveries
• Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
• Advanced therapies: body cooling, oscillators , and a RN/RT-staffed regional transport team

Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Environment

• Experienced NNPs , supportive OB hospitalists , MFM , and subspecialty telehealth coverage
• Teaching opportunities with University of Central Florida family medicine residents
